About Us: 40 years of Fellowship

The number 40 is certainly important throughout Scripture. Whether it’s the story of Noah, the Israelites before the Promised Land, or Moses receiving God’s Work, 40 is not just as a period of time, but a symbol of a new generation, a new era, a new beginning.

For the past 40 years, The Fellowship and our partners have listened to the divine calling of God and obeyed His Word. As Israel turns 75, we believe He is moving like never before. Ancient biblical prophecies are coming to pass. While the world sees a dramatic rise in anti-Semitism, God’s faithful feel the renewed stirring within the Christian community to stand for Israel. And those who have ears know God is calling His children to create a legacy of blessing Israel that will flourish in the years to come.

For 40 years, the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews has been leading efforts to build bridges between Christians and Jews and provide humanitarian care and lifesaving aid for Israel and the Jewish people. Through the generosity and loyalty each year of its donors, partners, and staff, The Fellowship helps over 1 million people living in poverty, has provided nearly 3,000 bomb shelters for security, and has helped 770,000 make aliyah back to their homeland, Israel.

As we celebrate our 40th anniversary in 2023 and continue our mission to bless Israel and the Jewish people – like our world has never seen – we hope you’ll join us as we carry the holy work we do into a new era of fellowship.

Our Programs

When you partner with The Fellowship, together, we fulfill the promises of scripture regarding God’s chosen people. Our ministries fall under four broad categories:

Ministry & Education

Building bridges between people of faith through educational resources that teach Christians about the Jewish roots of their faith and apply biblical principles to everyday life. Learn how to get involved.

Providing Security

The persecution the Jews have experienced for centuries, and continue to endure, has spiritual roots. The enemy they face is not mere flesh and blood, but a greater power hell-bent on destroying God’s people. And yet, God has preordained a different future. In Amos 9:14-15, the prophet declared, “I [your God] will bring my people Israel back from exile. They will rebuild the ruined cities and live in them…I will plant Israel in their own land, never again to be uprooted from the land I have given them.” Even as forces fight against what has been foretold, we bring these words to pass by installing bomb shelters, fortifying hospitals, delivering security equipment, supporting IDF soldiers, and keeping the most vulnerable Jews safe from harm.

Alleviating Poverty

The prophet Isaiah clearly outlined the expectation God had for His followers. In Isaiah 58:6-7, it is written, “Is not this the kind of fasting I [your God] have chosen: to loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and break every yoke? Is it not to share your food with the hungry and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter — when you see the naked, to clothe them?” Every time we take food to a Holocaust survivor, protect the elderly from the bitter cold, distribute grocery cards to impoverished families, or show compassion to the lonely, we do so in the name of God.

Supporting Aliyah

In Ezekiel 11:17, God promised, “I will gather you from the nations and bring you back from the countries where you have been scattered, and I will give you back the land of Israel again.” Together, over the past 40 years, we have prioritized bringing Jews back to the Holy Land — Jews experiencing anti-Semitism and war, or simply those hearing the call to return home. Although the prophecy has not yet been fulfilled because many Jews still long to return to Israel, we believe God is calling His children to complete the mission.
