School Supplies for God’s Children

The Fellowship is helping God’s children in the Holy Land go back to school and find success! With war in Israel, many families are finding themselves in difficult financial or safety situations. But we are helping children in need start this school year and feel confident in their abilities and success by providing them with much-needed school supplies.
We support people like 6-year-old Talia, who felt very fearful after witnessing some of the events on October 7, and even is undergoing treatment for trauma following the events. Her family was trapped in their home in the south, as her parents prayed the terrorists wouldn’t break into the family home. By a miracle, the terrorists didn’t enter their home.
But there are still bullet holes on the outside of their building, which are a reminder of the battles that took place on October 7, 2023. Last year, young Talia had feared police officers, but today she understands they are here to protect her and always wants to give them a hug, says her mom.
Talia’s mother tells us she is doing much better and in part this is because of the support of The Fellowship. “Now thanks to The Fellowship, we have a big financial relief for the school year because of the vouchers for buying school supplies,” says Talia’s mom. “This is a great help for us and I’m most happy that it’s making Talia feel so good. Thank you for caring about the children and the assistance that is helping us start the school year with a smile.”
