In the wake of civilians being wounded in Hezbollah drone attacks, and as strikes on northern Israel continue, the IDF Home Front Command has raised the security level to yellow. According to The Jerusalem Post, these protective measures limit the size and location of public gatherings in the event of an emergency.

This morning, two people were injured when a vehicle was destroyed by a drone operated by the terror group.

Educational institutions will still be permitted to operate, provided there is access to a nearby safe room. The same applies to businesses.

Outdoor gatherings will be limited to up to 200 people, while indoor assemblies may include up to 600 people.

The IDF has expressed concern that Hezbollah’s attacks in the region may continue for some time.

The two individuals injured in today’s drone strike were in Misgav Am. Both sustained light injuries. Firefighter teams responded to extinguish the blaze, which had engulfed the vehicle and threatened to spread.

The IDF also noted challenges in intercepting Hezbollah’s First Person View (FPV) drones, which are manually controlled and therefore more difficult to jam.

While much of Israel is experiencing relative calm following more than a month of war with Iran, the conflict continues to affect the north. Communities there are smaller and more vulnerable due to their proximity to Hezbollah rockets. The Fellowship and its supporters pray that they will soon find relief from terror.
