Olive Dip

  • 2 (16 ounce) cans green olives, pitted
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • ¼ tablespoon thyme


Drain the cans of olives, put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Enjoy with cut up vegetable sticks, pita chips, or as a spread on bread.
