Global humanitarian aid organization debuts on BCG and ILSHRM’s list at #15
CHICAGO – The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (The Fellowship) is thrilled to announce that it has been named for the first time to the 2025 list of Best Workplaces in Illinois, a list organized by Best Companies Group and sponsored by Illinois State Council for the Society for Human Resource Management (ILSHRM). The Fellowship debuts on this year’s list at #15. The announcement of this year’s honorees was made at the 2025 ILSHRM annual conference in Chicago last week.
Best Workplaces in Illinois is a research-driven award program from Best Companies Group that examines a company’s practices, programs and benefits through the perspective of employees by conducting employee surveys.
In order to qualify for the list, companies must meet a number of criteria, including having a location in Illinois, a minimum of 10 full- or part-time employees working in the state, must be publicly or privately held and be a for-profit, non-profit, or governmental entity that has been in business for more than one year.
“We are incredibly proud and humbled to be named a ‘Best Workplace in Illinois’ for the first time,” said The Fellowship’s U.S. CEO and Global Chief Operating Officer, Robin Van Etten. “This recognition reflects the hard work, passion, and dedication shown by each member of our team every day, and is a testament to our shared values and the strong sense of community and culture we’ve built. We are excited to continue growing and succeeding together in our mission.”
The Fellowship is a four-time honoree on Forbes’ list of America’s Top 100 Charities and The Nonprofit Times’ Best Nonprofits to Work For list, and was named a 2024 Top-Rated Charity by GreatNonprofits.
