In response to the gunfight in West Bank and the shooting of a church in Jordan, our President and Global CEO, Yael Eckstein, urges prayers for peace, protection, and that Jews and Christians stand together against the darkness that seeks to eliminate them as we remember the two IDF soldiers that died in the West Bank shooting and the seven victims of the church shooting in Karak:
But it’s so clear, my friends. If you don’t see it, it’s time to open up your eyes. Christians and Jews are in the same boat. We are being targeted for our faith. We are being targeted because we cherish life, because we sanctify life. And we are being targeted by this darkness, these terrorists that hate us both. And so, the message to me is if they are targeting us in hatred, we have to stand together in love. They’re trying to break us down, to kill our bodies, to kill our spirits, to kill our faith. If they’re going to go for the Saturday and Sunday people, then the Saturday and Sunday people need to stand together now more than ever before. And that is what I’m dedicated to every single day.
