Seeing Bronya Smile

This is Bronya.

86-years old, Bronya lives outside the Holy City of Jerusalem, in the Holy Land of Israel, her people’s historic and biblical homeland.

But despite living in the Holy Land, Bronya rarely gets to experience much of the country she loves. Back and knee problems make moving — much less walking outside of her single-room apartment — nearly impossible. This precious woman’s life consists of moving slowly and painfully around the sole cramped room.

And Bronya has no one to help her, as she never had children of her own and most of her friends have passed away.

So lonely and suffering, Bronya would sit, until The Fellowship found her and faithful Fellowship friends like you showed her that she has friends — loving Christian and Jewish friends around the world—who love her and want to show her that God loves her, too.

Now Bronya receives regular visits from The Fellowship — from volunteers bearing groceries and basic necessities, from a homecare worker who helps this sweet elderly woman with the tasks she can no longer do herself, and from smiling friends who have made her life less lonely.

You can see for yourself, what your love has done, as you look at the smile on Bronya’s face, a smile of someone who feels loved.
