The Fellowship’s US CEO and Global COO Robin Van Etten joins Clay & Buck to talk about the hostages returning home, U.S. President Donald Trump’s peace deal for Gaza, and path ahead in the region:
I think about my colleagues in Israel and over the last two years, who have told me time and time again, that they could never move forward, they could never have closure, they could never really start to rebuild their lives and rebuild their nation until those hostages were returned. To see that day finally arrive is truly a miracle. I personally want to say thank you to President Trump and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as well as their teams who I know worked tirelessly for months to make this happen. I also want to acknowledge the millions of Christians who have stood by Israel these past two years, who have never wavered in their support.
We’re also focusing now on how we really help those families start to recover. It’s about renewal and certainly the resilience. We have invested quite significantly in what we’re calling a return to live center at Sheba Medical Center. This will provide holistic, medical, psychological, and social care for the hostages that have returned.
