Salary Philosophy

At the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews we take financial accountability and good stewardship of our donors’ funds very seriously.

We ensure that salaries, including the salary of our President and CEO, Yael Eckstein, are fair within the non-profit space.

Salary Research

We work closely with an external consulting firm, Willis Tower Watson, to ensure that the salary of our staff, and especially our President and CEO, Yael Eckstein, are within intermediate sanctions.
