Natasha Boone

Natasha Boone joined the Fellowship in 2013 and serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources. In her position she oversees and implements HR strategies across the U.S. office, ensuring plans, policies, and initiatives align with the organization’s vision, mission and strategic plan.

Prior to joining the Fellowship, Natasha served as a Human Resources NCO, with the Illinois National Guard and as HR Manager of an e-commerce company. Natasha is a Society of Human Resources Senior Certified Professional and holds a M.S. in Human Resource Management from National Louis University and a Bachelor’s in Technical Management specializing in Human Resources Management.
