A Storm Brewing in Gaza

There’s a quiet storm brewing here in Israel that the world should know about.

For years, Hamas – the terrorist organization that rules the Gaza Strip – has been using its money to further terrorism, build up its terror infrastructure, and buy or build rockets and weapons with the goal of wiping out Israel and her people.

And all the while, Hamas hasn’t been paying its electricity bill to Israel.

Over the years, Israel has been transferring electricity to the Gaza Strip – electricity paid for by the Palestinian Authority and Israel.

But those days are done.

At the Palestinian Authority’s request, Israel has stopped sending as much electricity to the Gaza Strip.

And now Hamas is angry.

So, Hamas…when you want to be the governing body over citizens, you must also plan how to provide electricity to your citizens’ children, not just how you will kill other people’s children.

Join with me in praying for the peace of Jerusalem!

Finding the Forgotten

With tens of thousands of elderly Holocaust survivors alone and in need of help, we will never stop searching and caring for these forgotten Jews who mean the world to us.

Father’s Day Without My Father

I was blessed to have a father like Rabbi Eckstein, and I pray that I can follow his example as an effective leader, humble servant of God, and loving parent. But this Father’s Day I will also give thanks for our heavenly Father, who loves us with an everlasting love for all of eternity.

Celebrating Our Common Ground

As the Jewish people celebrate Shavuot — also known as Pentecost — and God’s gift of His Word, Yael also thanks Him for the millions of Christians who both cherish the Bible and stand with the Jewish people.
