Bibi: Anti-Semitism Is a Plague That Endangers Everyone

As you’ve seen in this week’s Daily Dispatches, anti-Semitism is raging in France, culminating in the desecration of scores of Jewish graves. Taking to social media, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke out against this hatred, saying that “it must be condemned wherever and whenever it rears its head”:

Following the desecration of dozens of graves at a Jewish cemetery near the eastern French city of Strasbourg on Tuesday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu urged European leaders to “take a strong stand against anti-Semitism.”

“Today something shocking happened in France,” Netanyahu stated. “Eighty Jewish graves were desecrated with Nazi symbols by wild antisemites.”

Antisemitism, the Israeli leader went on to say, is “a plague that endangers everyone, not just us, and it must be condemned wherever and whenever it rears its head.”
