“Your path led through the sea,
your way through the mighty waters,
though your footprints were not seen.

You led your people like a flock
by the hand of Moses and Aaron.”
(Psalm 77:19-20)

This photo was taken in Israel in 1949, just one year into the modern Jewish state’s existence. And this child, a new olim (immigrant) to Israel, is part of the flock of God’s people—a flock still coming home to the Holy Land today, many of them thanks to Fellowship friends who support aliyah (immigration to Israel). Todah rabah (Thank you in Hebrew) and Shabbat shalom, friends.
