“If I forget you, Jerusalem,
may my right hand forget its skill.”
(Psalm 137:5)

The reading of this meaningful Psalm features at Jewish weddings. So today, on Jerusalem Day, we share a photo that not only celebrates the reunification of the Holy City after the Six-Day War of 1967, but celebrates love, as well.

The above paratrooper helped retake Jerusalem during that conflict. He then married his bride at the Western Wall, the holiest site in Judaism, again the Jewish people’s.
