Yael visits home destroyed by rocket fire in southern Israel while homeowner took refuge

“But let all who take refuge in you be glad;
let them ever sing for joy.
Spread your protection over them,
that those who love your name may rejoice in you.

“Surely, LORD, you bless the righteous;
you surround them with your favor as with a shield.” (Psalm 5:11-12)

After nearly two weeks of Hamas rocket attacks – most of them on southern Israelis living near the border with Gaza – Yael visited the hardest hit areas, areas where The Fellowship’s support was, and is, sorely needed. Here, she surveys the damage of a home hit by a terrorist rocket. Thankfully, God provided refuge to those who lived inside, His “favor as with a shield.” Shabbat shalom, friends.
