All About Asking Questions

March 23, 2021

Children sit around the table and simulate The Passover Seder so they learn the costumes of how it is done. Here the boy lifts the Matzah and breaks it in two for the "Yachatz" part which includes breaking the middle matzot; the larger piece becomes the afikoman. There are severaly stages: Kadeish, Urchatz, Karpas, Yachatz, Maggid, Rachtzah, Motzi, Maror, Koreich, Shulchan oreich, Tzafun, Bareich, Hallel, Nirtzah. Photo by Nati Shohat/Flash90

On today’s program, Fellowship President and CEO Yael Eckstein shares from her audiobook, Generation to Generation, about how the Passover Seder is designed to spark questions, particularly from the children.
