Rabbi Eckstein Speaks Out on Church Attack

Rabbi Eckstein spoke after yesterday’s attack on a Texas church, calling the deadly attack on a church near San Antonio “terror,” and calling for renewed solidarity among Christians and Jews:

“Terror that violates a house of prayer is evil, unrivaled,” Eckstein said. “Christians and Jews must stand together as ever before, forming an ideological firewall against all violent extremists who aim to transport us to the darkest moments of our history where hatred knows no limit.”

Eckstein added that The Fellowship was “shocked and sickened by this evil act, and our hearts and prayers go out to the victims and their loved ones.”

The death toll from the horrific attack now stands at 26. Please pray for God’s comfort and peace for the loved ones of all those who were killed.
