Yad Lakashish

Yad LaKashish is a non-profit organization that empowers and supports nearly 300 elderly Jerusalem residents on a daily basis by providing them with creative work opportunities in artistic workshops. At Yad Lekashish the elderly renew their sense of purpose and self-worth, and feel like valued members of Israeli society.

Your group is invited to tour the workshops where the elderly work and learn about the organization’s empowerment of the elderly craftspeople. The group is encouraged to view and purchase the unique wares created by the elderly to help support the facility.
