A Small Gift Makes a World of Difference

A middle aged Jewish woman in winter clothing inside her home with two young girls beside her.

“I still cry at night when I think about my family and what happened to them,” Mazalit says. She was only seven years old as WWII wreaked havoc across Europe.

Mazalit’s mother carried her in her arms while her father pushed her baby brother in a stroller as they walked together one day. Suddenly, an explosion thrust Mazalit into the air and out of her mother’s arms. She awoke in a hospital bed screaming—Mazalit was the only survivor.

Now in her 80s, Mazalit is completely alone – unable to buy food, medicines, and other basic items she needs to survive.

It is heartbreaking to think that elderly Jews who suffered so much because of the war still struggle today, living in abject poverty.

This should not be!

Thankfully, The Fellowship now provides Mazalit with food and other items to help her live with dignity and hope!

“I feel so blessed and hopeful thanks to The Fellowship,” she says.

For tens of thousands of vulnerable souls like Mazalit, their very lives depend on help from Fellowship friends like you.

As it says in the New Testament, “Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to them, ‘Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,’ but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.” (James 2:15-17)

Please give your very best gift today as a way to quickly respond to the most vulnerable elderly Jews around the world. Your gift to The Fellowship today will be a lifesaving blessing for a Holocaust survivor who is completely alone.
