Join Yael for a new series on a well-known Jewish holiday that is so relevant for both Jews and Christians today — Hanukkah!

This week, she teaches us all about the story of Hanukkah. Exodus 15:11 says, “Who among the gods is like you, LORD? Who is like you— majestic in holiness, awesome in glory, working wonders?” That became the battle cry for a small group of faithful Jews who would stand up for what they believed in.

Although they were much weaker and smaller in number than their enemies, the Maccabees were strong in their faith. And they served a much more powerful commander: God.

So what’s the spiritual lesson for us today? Every small step of courage we take can impact the life of someone else. We never know what miracles a small act of courage can create!

Listen now as Yael teaches us about Hanukkah, a holiday about God’s miraculous provision for those who are faithful to Him.
