“May the nations be glad and sing for joy,
for you rule the people with equity
and guide the nations of the earth.
May the people praise you, God;
may all the peoples praise you.”
(Psalm 67:4-5)

As the people of the United States prepare to go to the polls on Election Day next week, we remember that regardless of the voting results, God rules the nations. In this photo from 1973, Israel’s first female Prime Minister, Golda Meir, can be seen voting in the Holy City of Jerusalem. Shabbat shalom, friends.
