In a move no doubt meant to coincide with today’s centennial celebration of the Balfour Declaration – Britain’s 1917 approval of a future Jewish state in the Holy Land after the Ottoman Empire’s hold on the region was overcome – the website for Israeli news outlet The Times of Israel has been hacked by what appears to be an Islamist group from Turkey.
