Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited the United States this week, praising the U.S. administration during his speech at AIPAC, and inviting Donald Trump to Israel in May for the celebration of Israel’s 70th birthday and the coinciding American embassy move to Jerusalem.

Also this week in Israel in the News:

  • During PM Netanyahu’s White House visit, he reiterated to Trump that Iran is Israel’s biggest threat.
  • Speaking at AIPAC, Mike Pence made it clear that the administration does not support the Iran nuclear deal.
  • Also at AIPAC, Ambassador Nikki Haley rebuked the United Nations for its bias against Israel.
  • The Fellowship’s loving donors are helping build a reinforced trauma center in southern Israel near the Gaza border.

This week’s Israel in the News Perspective features Fellowship Executive Vice President Yael Eckstein on why Israel is important to God.
