Terror has once again left the people of Israel fearing for their safety, and mourning the lives of young people gone too soon. The Times of Israel’s Emanuel Fabian reports on a terrorist shooting that has left an Israeli man fighting for his life:

According to the Israel Defense Forces, multiple gunmen arrived by car at the Beit Ha’arava Junction and opened fire at an Israeli-owned car. The terrorists then continued driving and opened fire at another car in the area, the IDF said.

The Magen David Adom ambulance service said medics were called to the scene after receiving reports of a car crash. When first responders arrived they found a 25-year-old man in critical condition suffering from gunshot wounds.

Monday’s shooting comes just a day after another such terror attack left two young Israeli brothers dead:

Hallel Yaniv, 21, and Yagel Yaniv, 19 were killed as they drove through the West Bank Palestinian town of Huwara on Sunday. Their funeral procession set out from the Har Bracha settlement where they lived, and they were laid to rest at the Mount Herzl military cemetery in Jerusalem in the presence of thousands of mourners.

“Words can’t describe this disaster,” their mother, Esti Yaniv, said at a press conference ahead of the funeral. “Instead of accompanying children to the wedding canopy, we need to bury them…”

Please pray for the recovery of the wounded, for God’s comfort over the loved ones of those killed, and for His hand of protection over all of the Holy Land.
