Name: Linoy Ashram

Age: 16

Known for: Linoy Ashram is a two-time Israeli Junior National Champion of rhythmic gymnastics.

About her: Linoy Ashram was born in Rishon LeZion, Israel, in 1999, and she became involved with rhythmic gymnastics as a young girl. In 2011, she entered her first international competition, and she has been competing around the world ever since.

Her most successful year has been 2014 – at the 2014 Moscow Grand Prix, she finished ninth with her all-around performance, and qualified for the Youth Olympic Games. She also competed at the World Cup in Sofia where she finished fourth in all-around, before finishing fifth in the all-around finals at the Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing, China. She finished the year winning the all-around gold at the 2014 JGP Final in Innsbruck, Austria.

In 2015, Linoy debuted as a senior competing in the international division at the Moscow Grand Prix.
