"Other than my decision to follow the Lord, my marriage to my husband, and the birth of my son, this tour was the best thing I've ever done in my life!" — Barbara R.

"We really enjoyed the trip to Egypt, wow. It was way more interesting and enjoyable than I figured it would be. It was WELL worth the extra couple of days and I wouldn't even consider a trip to Israel without planning a couple of days in Egypt."

Comments from 2009 Journey Home Tour Guests

"I can't tell you how much this tour has meant to me. I feel so blessed to have been able to make this trip. Sometimes it feels like a dream. May God bless you, The Fellowship, and all Israel and bring them Peace. Shalom."

"This was really the trip of a lifetime. I could not help but think of how blessed I was to be able to travel to the Holy Land. The trip really has brought so many stories in the Bible to life."

"The tour impacted me more than I had even hoped: spiritually, culturally and politically. Visiting Israel is not like visiting any other country. It brought Scripture to life and enhanced my faith experience. In a strange way, it DID feel like home. I believe Israel is now part of me wherever I go. Thank you for a great experience!"

"I thought there was a great group of people. There was a real sense of family. People helping and caring for one another. A lot of the information was informative. The historical sites made the word of God come to life for me. Not just ancient cities but places that actually existed."

"The Journey Home Tour was a life changing experience for me. I felt a spiritual transformation. The Bible came "Alive" for me."

"It was so memorable; it is etched on my heart. I had wanted to go to Israel for years and had prayed about it and the right group to go with. I'm so glad I waited and got to go with The Fellowship. I will never be the same and really felt Israel was my home too."

"I was so amazed about the whole tour. I feel the Scriptures jumps out at me. I really felt at home. I never was scared. I loved it and I fell in love with the country and the people. I want to go back with my husband and with the IFCJ tour."

"I have reviewed other Holy Land Trips that were probably considerable less; however, my view is IFCJ has more to offer plus the family feel and spiritual same values."

"The Tour was everything I thought it would be and more. I loved it and I loved all the people on the Tour as well as the people who call Israel their home. May God bless and keep them all. Thanks Rev. Clark and staff for making it a tour I will never forget."

Comments from the 2009 Pastors' Tour to Israel and Egypt

"The trip to Egypt opened a new biblical experience for Carolyn and me to realize that Egypt is part of the Holy Land. My future messages will have a more positive view of Egypt and how God rescued his people in a time of famine. The trip to Egypt was well worth the time and effort and should be included in future tours. " — Rev. John and Carolyn Ownby

"You could feel the difference in the spirit as soon as we crossed the border into Egypt, it gives you a little insight into the life that the early Hebrews must have had to live in when they went into the land of Egypt, it made it so much clearer to us what the Israeli people are doing and facing every day., It wouldn't have left us with nearly as clear a picture if we hadn't have seen both sides of this story. I believe that no trip would be complete without this additional trip, as for us, we know it wouldn't have been." — Pastor Keith and Marge Naumann

"We really enjoyed the trip to Egypt, wow. It was way more interesting and enjoyable than I figured it would be. It was WELL worth the extra couple of days and I wouldn't even consider a trip to Israel without planning a couple of days in Egypt." — Revs. Jeff and Beth Jones

"We can never say in words how blessed we are for having gone to Israel and Egypt.

I would say that the people of God will never have a total picture of the beginning, the ending and the resurrected life of Christ of Christ without the visit to Egypt. There is significance in the Lord allowing His people to go to Egypt and staying for a period of time and then leading them out; and, even His own son was sent to Egypt with His Mother Mary and His earthly Father, Joseph and then brought back to Israel.

I say yes to Egypt 100%.
" — Pastor Dorothy Powell

"The value exceeded anything I could have hoped for. While I have always given mental acknowledgement to Egypt and the part it played in the biblical story, seeing and hearing for myself, brought the emotional link that was missing. Our guide connected the dots for me. I had never through of Egypt as the land of 'protection' as was explained." — Dave Hail
