- When is the Conference?
The National Conference and Banquet is being held on Monday, September 22, 2008 and Tuesday, September 23, 2008.
- Where is the Conference being held?
The National Conference and Celebration Banquet will be held at the Palmer House Hilton located at 17 East Monroe, Chicago, IL 60603.
- What is the cost to attend?
Full Registration ticket (includes Conference, Banquet, and Breakfast) cost is $225 per person until July 15, 2008. After July 15, the cost is $275 per person
Banquet and Reception ticket cost is $175 person
Conference and Breakfast ticket cost is $100 per person
- Are Conference and Banquet ticket fees tax deductible?
No, the conference and banquet ticket fees are not tax deductible per IRS tax regulations. See IRS publication 526 Charitable Contributions, section Charity Benefit Events for more information. http://www.irs.gov/publications/p526/ix01.html
- Do I need to pay in full when I register?
Yes, space is limited so register early.
- What is included in the full registration fee?
The registration fee includes attendance at the National Conference Sessions, the Celebration Reception and Banquet, the Breakfast Session, and the Estate Planning Session.
- What is the cancellation policy?
Registration and ticket fees are fully refundable until August 22 by calling us at (800) 486.8844.
- When is the last day to register?
The deadline for registration is September 10, 2008.
- Is the hotel included in the Full Registration Fee?
- Does The Fellowship have special rates with hotels for the Conference?
- Do I make my hotel reservations through The Fellowship?
No, please make your reservation directly with the hotel.
- What meals are included in the full registration?
The afternoon session on Monday, September 22, 2008 will include an afternoon snack and beverage.
The reception and banquet will include hor’s doeuvres and dinner.
The morning session on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 will include breakfast.
- Are the meals Kosher?
Yes, we have made arrangements to make sure all of the meals are CRC Certified.
- What is Kosher?
Kosher food is food prepared in accordance with Jewish Dietary Laws.
- Why should I attend?
- Should I attend both days?
Both days are filled with powerful dialogue with global Christian, Jewish, American and Israeli leaders.
- Does The Fellowship have a volunteer program?
No, at this time we do not have a volunteer program.
- What should I wear to the Celebration Banquet?
Black tie is optional. Appropriate dress attire.
