Israel's enemies in Gaza, including both the Hamas and Islamic Jihad terror groups, continue to construct their network of terror tunnels, hoping to use them to attack the Jewish state and its people. But, reports Arutz Sheva's Elad Benari, for the second time in a week a terror tunnel has collapsed:
A terrorist from the Islamic Jihad group was killed and another two were injured on Monday night, when a tunnel collapsed in the city of Khan Younis in southern Gaza.
The collapse marks the second such incident in a week. Another tunnel collapse last Sunday also killed a member of the terror group Islamic Jihad's armed wing.
The July 10 collapse occurred in the northern Gaza Strip, the Al-Quds Brigades said in a statement, without providing further details.
It identified the terrorist killed as Ibrahim Hassan Al-Masri, 28, of Al-Quds's northern command.
