On Yom HaShoah, Israel's Holocaust Remembrance Day, life came to a standstill in the Holy Land, as a siren sounded, alerting drivers and pedestrians of a moment of silence to remember the six million Jews murdered during the Holocaust. Shabbat shalom, friends.
