Photo Friday: I Am Like an Olive Tree

“But I am like an olive tree
    flourishing in the house of God;
I trust in God’s unfailing love
    for ever and ever.” (Psalm 52:8)

These ancient olive trees grow outside of ruins near Mar Elias in Jerusalem, showing the beautiful and timeless land that God gave His people, that His people have worked for millennia, that is Israel. Shabbat shalom, friends.
