IDF Thwarts Stabbing Attack near Hebron

A Palestinian terrorist attempted to stab an IDF soldier and a civilian outside of the Kiryat Arba settlement near Hebron today. But thankfully, The Jerusalem Post's Tovah Lazaroff reports, an IDF comrade was there to stop the attack:

An IDF soldier thwarted a stabbing attack at the entrance to the Kiryat Arba settlement in the West Bank, just outside of the city of Hebron, an army spokesperson said.

The soldier saw a “terrorist attempt to stab a civilian and a IDF officer,” the spokesperson explained.

According to the volunteer medical organization, Rescuers Without Borders, the Palestinian man was from the nearby Palestinian village of Bani Na’im...

Soldiers are often a targeted by Palestinians on the road leading into Kiryat Araba and inside of Hebron...
