Explosive Device from Gaza Hits Israeli Home

An Israeli home in the Eshkol region was damaged Wednesday evening when an explosive device attached to a cluster of balloons was launched from Gaza into Israel. No injuries were reported.

  • As tensions rise between Israelis and Palestinians on the Gaza border, two terrorist groups in Gaza pledge ongoing protests until the Israeli blockade is lifted.
  • Iran is testing a series of new missiles that will bolster the arsenals of terrorist groups. One group, Islamic Jihad, claims their rockets have the ability to strike the Israeli city of Tel Aviv.
  • Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu continued to speak out against Iranian aggression in Syria, saying Israeli forces will not back down.
  • The state of Israel made history this week by launching the first Israeli spacecraft to the moon. Prime Minister Netanyahu hailed it as “a huge step for Israeli technology.”
