Bombing in NYC

Terror again struck the United States this morning - this time during the busy rush hour in New York City. USA Today's John Bacon reports that a terrorist bomber's explosive device detonated at a busy transportation terminal, injuring the terrorist:

Subway lines were evacuated and dozens of emergency vehicles swarmed the area near New York's Time Square on Monday after an explosion was reported near the Port Authority bus terminal.

"The NYPD is responding to reports of an explosion of unknown origin at 42nd Street and 8th Ave, #Manhattan," the tweet said. "The A, C and E line are being evacuated at this time. Info is preliminary, more when available."

One man was in custody, and no injuries other than to the suspect had been reported, police said...
