The Unsung, Unfinished Legacy of Isaac Giterman

Isaac Giterman, a relief worker during WWII, was murdered by the Nazis 75 years ago for his efforts to help with the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising. Though he’s been gone for decades, his legacy still lives on, as he laid the foundation for the early work of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC), a longtime partner organization with The Fellowship.
