Fellowship Hotline operators receive phone calls from some of the most desperately needy in Israel on a daily basis. Many of these callers have psychological, physical, and financial needs. One caller, 67-year-old Ori, called in October 2016 asking for help with home repairs and for emotional support for his desperate situation.

Next week, The Fellowship’s Yael Eckstein is traveling to Ukraine to visit some of our Operation Winter Warmth recipients and to help distribute blankets, firewood, and food packages.
Shulamit is a 92 year-old beneficiary of The Fellowship’s With Dignity and Fellowship program, which provides food, medicine, and companionship to impoverished elderly in Israel. After a life of volunteering to help others, she now gratefully receives our help -- and wrote a moving thank-you letter to express her appreciation.
Ten years ago, Yevgenij, now 39, was in his prime. He had a job, a wife and newborn son. Today, it takes Yevgenij ten minutes just to get from his bed to the door of his apartment to answer the intercom. Yevgenij was injured while overseeing the construction of the Kiev subway, when a subway tunnel collapsed on him. Now his hip and spine are twisted, making walking extremely difficult.
In these last few days before Christmas, The Fellowship has been distributing supermarket vouchers and food boxes to impoverished Christian Israelis, ensuring they’ll have enough food for a festive holiday meal.
