Nikita, 10, was born with cerebral palsy. Although it is a struggle for him to walk, he insists on trying to move around without a cane or any other medical contraptions. He is a determined child who tries to do everything on his own. Nikita is cheerful, despite his medical condition and his bleak home life. The house he shares with his parents and grandmother is in a state of total disrepair. His father, the family’s sole provider, recently lost his job and is desperately worried about how he will support his family. Nikita’s medical condition requires many medications, which his father can no longer afford. Thankfully, The Fellowship provides Nikita with a food card and subsidized medicine, and the family knows that no matter what, Nikita will receive the care he needs. They are so thankful for the support they receive from their Christian and Jewish friends around the world.Tags:
