Congratulations to Rabbi Eckstein for being named one of the 100 Most Influential People in Israel by Maariv, a national Hebrew-language newspaper published daily in Israel. He was ranked #51 on the list.

Here is the translation of Maariv‘s entry on Rabbi Eckstein:

Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein, President and Founder of The Fellowship

During the peak days of collecting donations for the holidays, we hear the voice of Rabbi Eckstein emerging from the radio. The voice reminds us that there is no one to rely on, other than the breadth of our hearts and the generosity of people like him. Eckstein, a Ph.D. in Philosophy of Religions, serves as President and Founder of The Fellowship, which he founded more than 30 years ago.

Learn how you can help us help Israelis in need.

Help us keep impoverished elderly people, including Holocaust survivors, warm this winter when you support our Operation Winter Warmth project
