Cholent is a beef stew that many Jewish families eat for lunch on Shabbat. It cooks overnight for 12 hours or more, meaning no work has to be done to prepare this meal during Shabbat. It's also an easy-to-prepare meal that anyone can enjoy at any time – our friends at The Nosher show us how.
