We wanted to share with you Rabbi Eckstein’s tribute to his friend, Rev. David Mainse, a longtime supporter of The Fellowship who passed away this morning. Please pray for the Mainse family as they grieve their loss.

As the Jewish New Year of 5778 begins and we give thanks to God for Christians around the world who love Israel and support her people in need, my prayers today reach out to Norma-Jean Mainse and her family.

Rev. David Mainse was not only a friend of mine, he was one of our founding partners who stood with me in the early days I founded and established The Fellowship. David’s love for Israel and endorsements over the years helped to start a firm foundation that has resulted in IFCJ being the largest philanthropy for social welfare in the State of Israel today.

Let’s all pray for Norma-Jean and her family, and celebrate and thank God for this remarkable man who was able to bless us with so much good in this world.

With prayers for shalom, peace,

Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein
