Faces of The Fellowship: Simi

Simi is 73, lives alone, is legally blind, and struggles with poverty. Any one of those things could make her life challenging; all together they make it nearly impossible.

Thankfully, this immigrant from Morocco now receives assistance from The Fellowship. This past winter she was one of the 14,000 impoverished elderly in Israel who received blankets and gift cards for heating assistance through our Operation Winter Warmth initiative.

“I’m very grateful to you for this gift that you’ve given to me and to others who are handicapped like I am,” Simi says. “I pray God blesses all of The Fellowship‘s donor. Thank you very much for everything you do. You make people like me happy.”
