Faces of The Fellowship: Gabriel

Faces of The Fellowship: Gabriel (photo: IFCJ)

Nineteen-year-old Gabriel just graduated from high school. He lived in South America until January of 2016, when he made aliyah (immigrated to Israel) on a Fellowship Freedom Flight.

“I want to live in Israel where I'll be able to have experiences while I'm young, without the fear of going outside in the street like in my home country," Gabriel explained.

He has big plans for his new life in Israel. "I'm going to study Hebrew for five months on Kibbutz Ma’agan Michael near Haifa. After that, I'm going to serve in the IDF [Israel Defense Forces]. When I finish my IDF service, I'll go to university."

Gabriel continued, "I want to thank The Fellowship and its staff for everything they've done. They listened and were attentive to all of the problems and issues that came up during the aliyah process. Thank you!" And thank you, Fellowship friends, for making the Fellowship Freedom Flights a life-changing reality.
