110 Ukrainian Jews Eagerly Awaiting Tomorrow's Fellowship Freedom Flight

We just received the following email from Eva Geller, a Fellowship staff member who’s in Ukraine with the next group of Ukrainian Jews set to make aliyah (immigrate to Israel) tomorrow thanks to The Fellowship.

I want to share with you the great excitement that's in the room right now with 110 olim (immigrants) in Kiev. Israeli security guards are watching the truckloads of possessions of the olim who are in the hotel with us. At 1:00 in the morning we'll go to the airport together and take off for Israel.

When I'm working, everyone knows I'm serious and a little tough. But when I look at these families and their children, I'm always tearful. I'm certain, and I know from experience, that a completely different future awaits them as children in Israel.

I'm already waiting for when we land in Israel and welcome them as only we know how to do. The other Fellowship staff here and I are full of pride and excitement.

Stay tuned for more details about this latest Fellowship Freedom Flight!

Passover a Sacred Time to Save Lives

Help the Unseen

You can heed the biblical mandate “not to turn away from your own flesh and blood” (Isaiah 58:7) and provide a needy elderly Jew, like Olga, with food, heating fuel, warm clothes, and blankets this winter. Every day is important as the harsh cold winds descend upon the former Soviet Union. Please prayerfully consider giving your best and most generous gift to The Fellowship today for this lifesaving work.
