Directions

Cut avocado in half, scoop out fruit. Add chopped eggs, onion, seasonings and lemon juice. Serve on lettuce.

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 minced onion
  • lemon juice to taste
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • salt, pepper, paprika to taste
